don't have the time to make the easiest build ever? you're too lazy to start it? here i am
I can do easy builds, just ask me and i'll see if it's easy enough for me

I charge the price for the build and +5k for the blank bp, if you don't want to pay that extra 5k I can always copy the build onto your plot, the only thing is you have to pay me before I do it.

Half of the price must be paid before the start of the build.

are you looking to stay indepdent or rather work and be able to still work freely under someone where you can get orders coming in quick?

and you remain with 80% of the purchase (which is bigger than what you are asking for in payment terms)

Basically you would work for my company, still have freedom, claim orders that come in when you want, they give a price, you do it, I have them pay you the money and you would just send me 20% of what you made meaning that goes into company fundings

so you get 80% of the payment if that works
