Imho 3-5 mill kinda crazy. A lot of builders I’ve seen, price the build by size and detail and not how long it takes but might struggle a little selling for that price tbh

Take what I said with a grain of salt I didn’t know it was exclusive so I don’t know how much those builds go for. If you still made it and sold it as a blueprint for others I think a lot would buy and you could make more than 3-5 mill imo. You are a very skilled builder and that was just my opinion I’m still newish to the game so went off only what I’ve seen. My apologies 🙂

tbh if u wanna get good at building you could just find reference, get used to the building system, and watch other people build so you dont have to buy builds

Yeah I bought a big warehouse blueprint and I love it but now I’m wishing I tried building something myself lol but currently building a basement for it which is fun
