Lowkey just play it when you need to relax. Set yourself a goal, like hey I want to get this wood or ore and get off. The urge to complete your goal will help excite you and the feeling of completing it will set you to ease.

Personally, building is the only thing I do in this game, haven't done any new content since magma cave.
A good goal is to try and make something you can be proud of. Reference pictures help a lot when trying to build in general.

my thing is to keep that momentum of fun after I start building and not get bored after I find 1 error that doesn’t make the build look good and quit but that’s on my side honestly
