I think even without reading the tos, it's common sense to think that maybe depicting illegal substances and alcohol in an e-rated game might be an unwise idea

I guess I am trying to get across that this kind of sets an example of putting it all onto one person(may or may not be taken that way), you said yourself that everyone has a responsibility to know the rules correct? Does this not apply for purchasing something against TOS

There is a possibility that the purchaser didn't realize that it was TOS breaking, and more responsibility is still being laid upon the creator

Wouldn't it be better to have some sort of balance? They both didn't know it was against TOS (In theory). Yes the creator is more at fault, but it's not fair to pass by the other person. It's not like it should be some crazy ban, it's your judgement although I wish to bring points.
Also would you want to compare this to Roblox as a whole?
I am not quite sure if the punishment is coming from Roblox or Oaklands, but in this case I feel like its on somewhat Oaklands part to warn the other parties of TOS, even just a slight bit

We are not obligated to, as TOS extends to everything on the platform. Games might add their own guidelines as long as they don't clash with roblox tos, but by default, if you accept roblox tos you are held responsible if you violate it in games (which are, as i said several times - an extension of roblox)

Tl; DR - we don't have to state that, you've already accepted the guidelines when you created an account on roblox. Otherwise how would that even work? You accept our own guidelines but don't accept roblox tos? That's silly
