Special notes:

The white outside of the logo shouldn't be there for the sign, only make the 'inside' filled in. The second image attached shows what should have white behind it (shown by being coloured in green) The rest should be empty space.
The font doesn't have to be exactly the one in the attached image but should be something sort of industrial / Victorian.
The text and black parts should be 0.5 taller than the white fill. i.e. white fill is 0.5 thick and the black parts should be 1 thick.
