#Need someone to make flickering neon lights with logic.

sorta like this but the flickering has longer pauses in between where the light stays on.
so the light flickers a couple times, stays on for 5-15 seconds, then flickers again
i think i can help
like this
but not consistent will be a bit more
random on and off, then pauses while on, then back to flickering
and if you want a random time between flickering even more
ballpark in the 10's of components?
well you want random time between flicking while it is stable and then ajustable flicking
also can you have it turn off during the daytime
i think i can
the adjustable part is the time in between flickering
yea thats easy
but also on during rain and thunderstorms?
yea i need to know how to use the weather thing but i can do it
neon lights
dont think those have a logic input
lemme test it rq
it works
u sure?
interactor works
yes i tested it
what are all the weather events?
I want them on during storms and at night and I want them off during the day
there are 6 weather events
what are they
sunny, cloudy, rainy, thunderstorm, northern lights, starfall night
if you use the weather sensor
1 being Sunny/Clear.
2 being Cloudy.
3 being Rainy.
4 being a Thunderstorm.
5 being Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights)
6 being Star Rain
for input numbers
ok then I want them on
- night
- rainy
- thunderstorms
And I want them off during the day
because 5 and 6 are exclusively during night?
@vast wyvern Congratulations! You have reached 1000 points and unlocked the ACTIVE GOOBER activity role!
theres a daylight sensor u can use for that too
weather sensor for rainy and thunderstorm and daylight sensor for night / day
yea how would you use the daylight sensor
since it does it by hours
aka what is the nighttime hours
so does 125k work or nah
prob more
but i could be wrong about that might need to test it
not from what im seeing lol
it ends at 5 am
lemme look at this
The Daylight Sensor is a logic component that can be purchased from Alan's AutoLogistics. It outputs a signal of 0-23 (0 is equal to 24 in a 24hr clock) depending on the current in-game time.
When placed, the Daylight Sensor outputs a value of 0 - 23 depending on the current in-game time, however, the Daylight Sensor does not show the minutes or seconds of in-game time, only the hours.
now how to make that turn things on and off i wouldnt be able to help as i havent messed with it myself
theres a NOT gate
i think that might be the right thing
tbh im kinda novice in logic i only do basic stuff but i been trying to learn theres just a lot of pieces
ok i think i got it
once i have it done i will be able to know
ok
should be done later today
nvm im back
yo
yo
I may have what you're looking for
sure, join me Sauceisss
near alan's auto
@pliant ivy hows the progress
i dont think i can do it lol
the random delay makes it not work
nah
i just cant do it
i would hire someone else
ok
Hello I may have a solution
