1. Text Screens

(Basically a editable sign)
A new screen that takes in letter and number input to create text on the screen.
It would be able to change the text size, font and color with 4 inputs.

1st Input

  • Takes in the text values

2nd Input

  • Changes the font

3rd Input

  • Changes the text color

4th Input

  • Changes the text size

How would it work?

Using a Text Label the text can be changed like a sign.

Why not just use a sign?

  • I cant change the text whenever I want.

Why not use the 14 segment display?

  • It has its limitations as I cannot remove the borders of it, change the text size or font. I can also only have 1 letter per 14 segment display

Why not use a LCD screen?

  • Too many wires per letter and each letter would be on top of each other when used for things that this would be used for.

Why not use an Electronic Billboard?

  • Making 26 letters is already an issue but besides that it also does not have much freedom, hard to change text size and text color and font.

2. Number Value to Text OR Text Interface

Text interface doesn't need any explanation.

Number Value to text is like the component that turns numbers into binary.

in wires it would mess up anything that isnt supposed to be letters but in interface it would be fine

3. 2nd input for Speakers, Commanders, Transmitters, Receivers.

A 2nd input for all of the things listed so that you could input the text straight into them (maybe not all of them)

For example this then means you can use the same speaker for different things and make it more automatable.
