I love this concept and it deffinitely has some good uses (love the highlight feature)
But it also feels like your trying to cram as many features into one tool
Half of these features feels like something that can just be added with a revamped stateller (function 2 and 4 specifically)

I feel like it would need some balancing if it were to actually be put in game but im down to see some variant of it make it to oaklands
