My budget is 10-15mil, split between a couple builders. Now let me explain why, bc I seen blueprints of entire factors and warehouses etc sell for less than 1 mil, so I'm thinking for an open landscape with some mountains, trees, roadways etc. It shouldn't cost much more than 10-15 mil split 2-3 ways.
