Nope. Regular trading value as far as I'm aware. They come and go every December and aside from using it to cut candies fast, they are only collectibles. That's why not that worth to collect many of them ;-;

Even it's not December. They are as far as I know. Around 50K max. Since they don't have use out side Christmas. Just making peps aware

Well go for that route they are kinda useless outside the event really. PLus they come back every year. As far as i know is the returning items are the: Wreath, festive axe, Hot cocoa. Rc sellners, Toy train, Menorah, candy cane, and Santa hat
