Rusty joop isn’t listed in that photo. You can’t “buy” them like you can with the other vehicles. These are strictly only given my creating new saves which is a very tedious task when trying to farm for rare/neon colors. I’d suggest looking at others posts seeing what they have sold them for before or see what people offer. @grand fable
