The easy answer would be practice, I have built stuff since I first started playing roblox and that was a while ago. The main thing I would suggest is trying to copy a picture you like to the best of your ability. I personally only build off of reference photos. Once I start building stuff from my head it never looks right

Another thing you could do that I have done recently is watch how other people are building, and how they problem-solve to fix an issue with their build. For the most part, you will never be able to get a build perfectly 1 to 1 but some builders, for example in Theme Park Tycoon 2 or Bloxburg find really interesting ways to make something work

Tons upon tons of reference photos, I can't build stuff in my head so reference photos help a lot, another thing would be practice, with reference photos I try my best to get a 1 to 1 image with the photo. One more thing I can think of is to watch videos on building, for me, I found that watching people build in Bloxburg spark a lot of neat ideas
