this is how they did:
they will trying to trade you the item that need building permission,
when you turn on the perm ,he will move your drawers into their plot
and move everything out from that acc,then delete that acc,
the whole process looks perfect, they will leave with no trace,cuz you can't ban a non-exist account, unless all the actions are by you ,or it seems no way to defend,i already creat a ticket so , a roll back can rescue my save from this but i think there should have a way to track item transfer to prevent this , like a action history or something like that
