Oaklands Building Standards

1 stud = 1 foot. Plots are 200 x 200 studs when the size is maximized. Walls are typically 8ft tall, yet between 9-10ft tall on the first floors of newer houses. Interior walls are usually 0.375 studs wide. Exterior walls are a little more complicated. For me, I specifically would make them aro...
