This a quite a bit complicated. I would either A. Need to set up an LCD panel with most likely hundreds of connections to the LCD itself, not considering the logic that would need to be required to animate the name. Or B (the easier option) is to use a billboard like you said and make it do whatever you want that way. This would require quite a bit of work on your end as you would need to figure out the animation style you want to achieve, make it into a video and then use a website to take that video, and put it into images. Then you would need to get those images into the Roblox ID catalogue so I could use them in game. So I mean if you’re willing to do all that we may be able to come to a deal.

That might just work. What I could possibly do is have it so you cut the tree and the straight full segments will fall into a pit and go into a drawer. Then you could do a button press/chat command/pressure pad press and have it put Into a conveyor where they are put into a cutter one by one that makes it the perfect size to sand. Then it can just go into processor. That sound like something you’d like?

14 segment displays would be way cheaper and labor would be significantly less on mine and your end. Using billboards could look like the advertisements in like NYC Times Square, but you’d need to get me those images and it would be far more expensive logic and labor wise.

See, the reason I ask, I made that auto loader and I messed around with the numbers. Found out you can actually toggle the conveyors directions instead of turning them off. I feel like if that's possible, maybe there's a chance you could toggle the semi style.

sorry for the delay, im not to sure, but id say it be best to have the display as big as the largest word at minimum so 5. I think its 2 studs wide so it would be 10 total. Might want more but its up to you. Logic i have no idea, its gonna be decently large, but we can shove it all into the basement and use transmitters and receivers for that.
