@stone capeadded some tweaks to it and fixed the looping (background glitches a bit so it looks like its looping)
the background is kinda irregular so its a bit hard to make it loop
its gonna have 29 frames in total since its 3 seconds long
and it'll loop in the billboard
it'll be 100k for service and 10k per frames
so 100k + 290k = 390k total

yea it happens
its because when the incremetor resets it returns back to 0
when u set up a NOT from the incremetor to the first frame it should fix that, but it'll make the first frame slightly longer than usual
like 2 frames long but its 1 frame
but it fixes the black frame so it doesnt matter
