Fruits and trees (specific trees) have a chance (1/10) of giving a seed when you collect or harvest them you plant them in the new "farmland" structure from there you can plant trees and seeds a tree can take 5-20 minutes to grow while a fruit can grow in 5-10 minutes (might be changed later) you have 1/2 chance of getting another seed from harvesting and collecting from your farmland. These fruit and trees sell for the same price
**Seed item idea : seeds can look like packed mini chips (or smth like that idk) with an icon on what they grow to or.... Could be just small spheres that has the name [Tree/fruit] Seed **
**Update :Sprinkler is an structure that automatically sprinkles your water you need to get water from the ocean using the bucket. To use the bucket click on the water and bring the water back to the sprinkler there it can last a bit and works (sprinkler have an on and off mode and usually have a model that shows us if it's closed or open)
For the uhhh trees and seeds they require 4 water sprinkles to grow (1 water each 5 minutes for trees) and ( 1 water per 3.5 minutes) if you don't water the plants and seed will dies and will give the seed back and also the water on the each 5 minute thingey is 1/4 of the buckets water**
Update 2 lol : since dirt is coming let's makes it that farmland needs dirt to function (like adding dirt to farmland structure) we place dirt in farmlands and it automatically puts dirt in and you can take it out with a Shovel
The shovel is an item used in farming or removing dirt from farmlands it has a pointed tip at the metal part (obviously) and a stick handle to grab it
For the dirt it takes 2 times til it becomes useless dirt (0.5x worth of dirt) and can't be used in farming
