its eel kelp, its a variation of kelp, kelp needs to be hit by lightning to be eel kelp

the E.T (electrified tree aka the blue one) is better per stud and size, E.B (electrified bamboo aka the red one) is worse per stud and size, its hard getting eb and eel kelp
