its like promising someone that you will give them 1 dollar and return back with 2 more dollars, you ask another person to give 2 dollars and return back with 3 more dollar to give back to the original person, you give back the person 2 dollars and tell them if you give me 4 dollars ill give you 5 dollars, and gives back to the 2nd person 3 dollars and this repeats.. once he is satisfied with the money, he will run away will both of the affected victim's money
