and also another question, what if it was per say a bundle? like a Halloween Bundle and you would get random halloween items for a set price, but you say waht items you could get? is that still classed as a mystery crate and wouldn't be allowed?

Sadly no, youd need to give the person their money back as any done from this moment would get you in trouble. And yeah thats still a mystery bundle as its random items by the owner
