if you are unhappy with these prices, you can submit a formal complaint in my DMS that I can forward to douma, or you can find a different service that matches your budget <3

but we are not going to be changing our prices since it takes us time, and money (bombs) to farm lumite

every 30-40 lumite is 3 bombs, which is 3k, so we lose 3k every time we have to restart the server to farm more lumite, which means if someone wants, lets say your amount, 115 lumite, we lose atleast $12,000
and this is taking into consideration that we get 30 lumite every trip, sometimes trips we can only get 15-20 (when we are really unlucky) and some trips the lumite is too small to sell, so we end up having to go back and farm more.

please take this into consideration when looking at lumite prices <3

Prices at Dwarven Mining Services

The prices at dwarven mining services are set by @agile river

If you have any complaints about prices, please contact @distant ermine. I am the accountant for dwarf and can speak to them about any prices you may have complaints about, or can/will further explain prices based on what you are ordering/inquiring about

Lumite prices are set at a specific standard:
Market Price
Labor Price
Bombs Price
Private Server Fee

If you are upset with our pricing or services, again, contact @distant ermine who will give your message to Douma ( @agile river )
If you are upset with our services, and we cannot meet your pricing hopes, you can search out other service providers to mine for you.

Deposit Or Pre-Paying

If you have to put in a deposit, or prepay for your service, you will not get a refund. your order WILL be completed, and you will receive it, but if YOU cancel, you will not get a refund.
If WE cancel, you WILL get a refund, as that is on US.

But the deposits are to make sure you do not cancel on large orders that take us a lot of time to harvest.
If you have some sort of emergency and need to cancel within 24hrs of ordering, there may be (SOME) leniency. but this is up to @agile river's discretion; as most of the time a cancellation is not our fault.

Order taking too long?

if you believe your order is taking too long, please let us know. do not be rude about it, but please simply ask "hey, my order has taken awhile, can I have a progress update?". we are requesting this as we recieve a LOT of orders, and even though we have a spreadsheet to keep track of them, sometimes orders may be prioritized based on if they were prepaid, if they were smaller, or if they had a express fee paid. if you ordered a large order, and did not prepay or pay for express, your order may take longer. if you need it ASAP and it is small, often we will see what we can do to speed it up.
