1/10k is from the devs, though that was a while ago, but I don't see why they would've changed it
1/1k is for neon cheese I think, unless I'm mixing up the neon cheese and neon car chances

the wiki says it is but i don't know about anything else
it also doesn't say you can only get it from placing the spawn pad so maybe the devs got it wrong or the wiki did

Well.. how do I explain this
The car color is tied to the spawner, right? The same spawner will always spawn the same color car
So if you end up rolling the neon chance, that one spawner will always spawn neon cars
If you go to here, and then go to the bottom, it says 1/10k

i thought it was different every time but i understand, i don't know what the actual chance of it to spawn is now though because i basically have three answers and the wiki says it's 1/10k but that could be a old picture and it looks old and that shows from the wiki changing it's answer for the chances in the other post specific to it and i think that was recently updated too because it says "neon truck" now but i don't know how to check that other than what i've seen but i also know how place value works so from the post i sent you it would be 1/1k

It's been 1/10k for a long time as far as I know, so I'm fairly certain it's 1/10k

1% is 1/100
0.1% is 1/1,000
0.01% is 1/10,000
0.001% is 1/100,000

then i doubt the wiki would be wrong but a picture has more of a chance of being wrong and i know how place value works and a .001% chance would mean it's 1/1k because it's tenths, hundredths, and then thousandths so you should learn how that works

So, just fyi, the wiki is the most unreliable website to find anything Oaklands related. The Devs have said in chats numerous times that the chance for a neon car is 1 in 10,000.
