Lets say this about material collection.
Acacia, dark oak ( petrofied oak ?) Olive. They are okay to farm since they are big and all. Even possible to go 3trailer. Only bad thing its the travel

Now for the lavaslate. Its a pain in the ass with the parkour thingy since 1 mistake and you fall to death instantly. I did collect some but with the new grabby grabber you'll lost 50% of what you collect if you dare to touch the material while jumping over lava. And you always touch it since its laggy and the material keep going back and foward while you move

Clay and kelp. They are near spawn thats cool. But they are so far away in water that you take super long to collect 1 kelp. Compare to before the farming may be 75 to 125% longer. A boat would be nice since its a pain to come back with them 1 by 1. And they are so far from each other its the same either for clay and kelp ☠️

Grime stone are okay to farm. Its very far and may be dangerous to go with a trailer but that about all. Oh yeah idk if its what they intend with the stone but the stone in itself is slippery so it slide from the truck when u place it on top of another grime. That weird but well we can deal with that

I've saw some marble, smokeslate outside the mine. Idk if marble is inside but every other node is. So i suspect that the best place to farm for more and all. Never did it yet so idk the feeling. But its easy to get lost for a very long time and that will probably and surely hinder the farming

Darkstone is found in lava cave. Did not found at other place, idk if Im just blind, but its the same as lavaslate if its the case.

Iron, gold, lithium and all the ore have always be a pain to farm in big quantity so there no change in that 🤣

Kingpalm is okay i suppose since its super big. I did not farm any but its kinda easy to find

And my favorite, the last one. The one that have the crown for being painfull ?

Deadwood. . . If it was a pain before because how scatter it was. But now ?? its even more fearsome. Those little stick are so farm away from each other that it take at least 40 min + to load a sellner. And that without talking about the travel you have tondo now . fungoidite is in the back of the desert near illumine designs, follow the wall and you're bound to find the land that dips down into the cave below

sand is easy, near the beach shack is a good area for sandstone nodes, or any beach really

darkest smooth stone? idk if this would particularly be in your interest:
blackstone but refined once not smelted, find that across the drawbridge in desert and grass

darkslate, try refining it once because when you smelt it it gets a gravel pattern and is not smooth at all. all around the main island and such and near alans auto area and lighthouse area
