I saw the same thing. I have some evidence of a player i suspect, but since i'm not sure if it's enough (and i didn't know if this type of hacks really existed), i never reported it

It's not player's job to actually report for this, there should be an AntiCheat to prevent it, that's it 🙂

We do have an anticheat and it does automatically ban for specific offences, but to reduce false bans we rely on the moderation team to issue bans for most offences. If you don’t want to take a video I would appreciate if you could still make a report and mention the username and approximately when you observed the suspected cheating.
