Suggestion for a new cape

I saw that creating custom cape was refused. So I will ask you, since there are very few choices of capes, to add this cape that I created especially for me and my friends and that I find could well be added (its disign is simple! So would be feasible). Its a simple duck cape. There is a variant for elytra on the right. PLEASE !!!

Yeah, you just can’t get them anymore. For example, every Minecraft update they add one or two new capes based on that update that you can get by playing with your friends in that version

In 1.20 I got the cherry and sniffer capes for example

Now in 1.21 there’s the trial Spawner cape

I'm just saying that it's basic capes and that if we add different thanks to, community suggestions for example, it could come out of basic. But I understand what you say…

After I have another suggestion, I am on the Cloaks+ server and they offer personalized capes that are VERIFIED by their staff. Since it would apparently be too expensive to have a staff, maybe make a collaboration and accept the capes that Cloaks+ have accepted. It would work!
