The MLB rules this as one game, it’s essentially like he just got pulled by his team.
He could have continued pitching today because he hadn’t been pulled yet, but obviously having pitched yesterday the team wouldn’t want him to continue after he’s had some wear and tear on his arm yesterday. It’s just unfortunate that the weather caused the suspension.
