Some days just arent good boards so first advice would be you dont need to play everyday. You can wait for promos, protected plays, tacos etc to begin.

As far as college player props. I look at over under for each game and the spreads to start. Targeting high and low over unders. Usage for players on teams and then whether teams give up a lot of points to guards or forwards or neither. Then kenpom to see defensive rankings and pace of play. Previous matchups later in the year in conference play.

Until you have a big bankroll to weather losses, id recommend running only two picks to build bank roll. Play units. Once you have a big enough bankroll to weather a big losing streak then you can play riskier with larger picks if you want

That would be like basic advice, but its not a science. There’s always gonna be risk, I can’t tell you how many times there’s been a play that looks great on paper and like a “lock” and a player just shoots 2/15. It’s just gonna happen sometimes, so you can’t overexpose yourself and just have to manage risk to play another day
