As for the race itself, you need to know minimum TWO of a) track length, b) laps, c) miles. So, 500 laps at Daytona (a 2.5 mile track) equals 200 laps (500/2.5 = 200). You really get into the scoring weeds when you start considering laps led, fastest laps, positions lost/gained. 🤑
