Again, unders on stats are coming off of FWH. Fairways have dried out allowing the ball to roll further. In the same respect, the course is designed to allow players to bomb all they want, but the trade off is most fairways are funneled towards the intermediate rough. BoB's the past two rounds have only produced 4 unders (2 would have been pushes without the 0.5 bump) and 2 pushes. That leaves 20 overs on Bob's. For all 3 rounds, you've had 9 unders on bob's, and this includes post bumps.
