So you can use this for your line choices. Lets say we are looking at Red zone offense of the seahawks compared to the red zone defense of the rams. Since the differential is -15, this indicates that the seahawks are more likely to not convert a TD. Therefore we can expect more FG from the seahawks
Obviously this is all in theory. But its a very good starting point in making picks
