I know that the game has the energy pulse rifle thingy but this would be a good weapon for people that specialize in sniping
and getting headshots
Revolver:
DMG: 35-55
FIRE RATE: 5s
RECOIL: Small
RELODING: One Bullet At a Time In a Six Cylinder Mag
HEADSHOTS: Headshot Increase The Damage To 75% Instead Of 50%

UPGRADES FOR REVOLVER
1[Quick Draw]: Shoot Rapidly but damage is reduced by 50%
2[Mag Out Mag In]: Take Out The Whole Cylinder Magazine Of the Revolver And Replace It With a Already loaded one Instead Of Manually Putting In One Bullet At a Time/Instant Reload
3[Error Upgrade] Headshot's Only: Headshots Deal 99% Crit Damage Which Will Probably One-shot People If they don't Have Max Health Upgrade's But Fire Rate IS Reduced By 75% And Quick Draw Wont Get Rid Of It
4[Better Caliber]: Deal More Damage
5[Longer Barrel]: Damage Fall Off Is Reduced
6[Error Upgrade] Double Tap: Get A Second Revolver But Reload Speed Is Reduced By 50% And Mag Out Mag In Wont Get Rid Of This Debuff

just fast enough to be able to hit a moving player instead of shooting ahead

Thats maybe a little too op, cuz then laser and stuff also have to be buffed. Laser has like a 5 second cooldown and also deals 35-52 damage.

I know but you could use other skills to run away while your cooldown is recharging and again you don't have to use it its really only for snipers and another thing I put a upgrade in there to help with that problem its [Quick Draw]

Yeah i get that, but as it would replace the standard issue rifle, this would simply make it relyant upon the uppgrade "headshots only" and/or having other abilities to run away or deal more damage. This i feel makes this splendid concept, into a burdon or something relying uppon your target being on low HP prior to the fight

i know what your talking about but this concept is a weapon for the people with good aim and you could use [steel bolts] to get away faster as the person fighting the guy with revolver and the mobility upgrades would help
