Can Octolings regenerate their limbs like how Octopi can?

I get that the Octolings “hair” can be likely regrow after getting cut(after it can basically result in the birth of Octarians other than Octolings) but I’m talking about their arms or legs, do you think it’s possible they could do that or it’s unlikely?

I’m just curious btw

I mean cephalopods can regenerate but I don’t think they can with their limbs, only in their octopus/squid form

DJ Octavio has a scar that prevents him from exiting his swim form so I think its safe to say if that doesnt heal, neither could an entire limb

Their hair tentacles contribute to swimming in swim form and like you said they are cut off to make Octarian’s so I believe so

Also DJ Octavio’s could have been cauterized or something else that would prevent regrowing it

An actual octopus had to have a limb cauterized to prevent cancer and it wouldn’t regrow

anyways that reminds me i saw a comic a while ago where marina gets a haircut and while she's out shopping or something poor pearl is cowering in her bed while a bunch of teal octotroopers run around the room

I also remember that; Crusty Sean was opening his food truck and Marina came and said hi. Crusty Sean noticed Marina got a haircut and was about to tell her why octolings shouldn’t their hair and it shows three octotroopers in Pearl’s room while Pearl yells out Marina. There’s a comic dub.
