mostly good but kinda low on swimspeed with most of those ninja builds, fine enough tho
can be cut on splash it doesn´t do a lot at 1 sub, if you want burst investment I´d recommend 2 subs

But wouldn’t you want to recover your main weapon as well? I mean your gonna be running out of ink after throwing 2 and trying to get a third in anyways
if you´re using 3 bursts its at range where you´re not even able to reach with splashs main
and due to white ink frames having more ink left over to shoot after bursts helps more since

If youre getting bursts at range, you probably spending a bit of time in the ink

did some math for ink saver sub (iss) vs ink recovery (iru) burst bombs:
ink for 1 burst
base 81 frames
2s iss 77
2s iru 77
ink for third burst bomb after throwing 2 in succession from full tank
base 63 frames
2s iss 50 frames
2s iru 60 frames
iss really adds up more.

saving both main and sub ink is good but still it´s like by having more ink left over from burst you can shoot more with the main too, and without burst use splash on its own isn´t having problems with ink
if it was something like stamper maybe, where both the main and sub use a good chunk of ink I would understand it better
