#Implement a "Change-Log" or "Art-Database" Channel to credit art used

In light of the recent memocto sticker sip image, please consider implementing a # Changelog or # Art-Database where Emotes, Server Banner, Server Icon, etc are posted along with the proper credit to the artist that made the artwork .

Examples include the # Art-Database in the Chainsawman Discord and the # Change-Log in the Oshi no Ko Discord.

This properly credits artists with the art they made along with providing the image for users that want to use the art for a server icon in the case of yesterday.

Also, if the artist provided guidelines about what they do and don't like the art to be used for, that would be useful info to include as well.
