Say you have a amiibo, and you leveled up enough to get all 3 pieces of gear. If you scan another amiibo, do you automatically get the 3 pieces of gear from that amiibo as well?

Not really a "lore" question, but no, each amiibo tracks separately.

I've heard some people claim all you need to do is save gear to the amiibo to unlock the other pieces but I've never gotten that to work. Instead, it's a bit slower, but I put on a drink/food ticket, play the 20 games, and generally the amiibo is ready to unlock the next piece of gear.

I believe it's more getting 10 wins (between each piece)? But don't quote me on that.

You unlock the first piece(shoes) just by registering the amiibo, then you have to play for a bit before they'll give you the second slot (shirt)

I don't think you can play enough to get both shirt and headgear at the same time, I believe? it resets once you grab the second piece of gear.

I can confirm, you need 10 wins between each unlocked piece of gear
