I was thinking maybe qr and some comeback (might change comeback for a main of qr), swim speed and some intensify action up might be good too?

works, though run speed is something to consider (same strafe speed w/ uncharged swings as not attacking). could at least do 2s over the 
sub & an 
or both subs (& keep 1.1 swim) since tana has no jump rng

SW has the best strafing speed in the game with the uncharged swipes so I second the RSU
as a result ink res up would also be good
QR is situational though, you might benefit from some ink conservation too. if you build to use uncharged swipes you might be in longer than usual skirmishes
