What are the exact details of Octavio's inprisonment after 1 (and 2)? How did Octarian society function in the meantime? Did they let him out of the snowglobe every now and then 😭 man's gotta eat i hope they treated him ethically

From the squid sisters stories (which take place between S1 and 2) it's implied that Octavio was kept in there for about 2 years

I think in S1, before you replay the final boss fight, he manages to escape the glove when Captain C goes to eat and gets distracted (I think.). In S2, Callie lets him out because, despite the fact she knows the shades are hypnotic, they're super fresh and she wants to try them on again.

Not sure about the Octarians function and his eating habits. I'm really not too up on the full story arc right now but if I had to guess I assume his army was going fine while he was entrapped in S2, until Mr Grizz stole them to make them fuzzy.
