I use a lot of hotkeys. Using these quickly and efficiently is even more important to me than typing long form text quickly. (Like an email.)

Now… I can choose a direction to be Control, Option, Shift, or Command.

But what would truly elevate this platform, and let me achieve my ultimate dream keyboard layout, would be if one direction could be Command, while another is Command + Shift, another Command + Option, and the last all three, Command + Option + Shift. (…and so on)

For me, I don’t care about typing at the speed of thought, I care about moving around my computer at the speed of thought.

In this world, I can chain hotkeys without moving my fingers. (Vim users will say, just use vim, but not all apps have customizable hotkeys, and I’ve already built 100+ of my own hotkeys, which have various Command/Shift/Option/Control combination + letter.) I’m not going to change all of these.
