#How to chord copy and paste?

The copy and paste function is only available for unix and I was wondering how to chord a "ctrl + c" for one 3D press and another one for paste.

Thanks for the info, but would you mind clarifying the "you still have the option to map it to a chord?" Would that mean I'll just have to press the CTRL + C together for the copy function?

hm I just tried to do it but it did not copy anything. Maybe we need the wait commands for it to work? And generally it would be kind of annoying that the chord will delete the thing you are trying to copy. Maybe making it a chord is not such a good advice after all

haha! My fingers have not yet been adapted to the copy and paste which slows me down a bit when using the CC2 for my work, but I'm sure it'll get easier with time.

I've seen the multi-word chords mentioned somewhere in the chat with spaces inbetween words and I was hoping I could do that with the CTRL, V as a chord as well. I'll play around with it to see what I can come up with.

well I was expecting this chord to work, but for some reason it doesn’t, because it removes the thing it tries to copy

#

this one should copy the word before it but it also does not work and I don’t know why

Hmmmm. Not sure what the 9 dots are or how to have the presses, but the copy/past is a CTRL function. What about replacing the ALT with CTRL?

the nine dots are Command because I am on a Mac, you would have to swap them with CTRL on Windows and try if it works for you

#

the alt sequence is just selecting the previous word

Any chance it's erasing it because of the auto space after a chord?
