This is the unit that the lovely team at CharaChorder sent to me as a replacement as my original had a dead switch.
This time however, I'm having an issue with this unit where it will just stop working after 5 seconds to a minute. I've probably got around 20 hours of use out of this (just typing and learning how to Chord). I do remember one of the switches being a little bit weird when I first got this unit and not pressing some keys.
I've got no idea what causes it as it seems to be random. Sometimes it'll stop working when I use the mouse, sometimes it'll stop working when I press T, or sometimes it'll stop working even if I just plug it in and don't touch it for 10 seconds. It'll either freeze whilst holding a button or it'll cut out whilst holding it.
I've tried multiple USB ports, even ones I know work such as the port I use for my DAC/headphones, same thing.
I haven't been able to use it for more than a minute without it stopping and becoming unusable :(
I've got more time on my hands and I wanted to get back to learning how to use this and it's a little upsetting for me.
If anyone's got any ideas that could help me fix this, that would be absolutely great!
