Hello, I'm trying to install a layout on CharaChorder One, for example, those found in the 'libraries-and-layouts' channel of this server. Is there any documentation on how to do this? When I tried importing a layout .csv file on the dot i/o device manager, nothing seems to happen, and when I tried using the External GUI for Chord Mapping I only got an error message after connecting my device: 'Not ready to process CSV just yet. Please wait a few seconds.', which does not change given any length of time. Does this require updating to CCOS? (my device shipped 2022) I have tried the CCOS migration (https://www.charachorder.com/pages/migrating-to-ccos), but became stuck on step 7, where clicking the 'Bootloader' button does not open a file explorer (Windows) in which to add 'CURRENT.UF2'. Any help is much appreciated😁

Hey there! Are you available for a voice call? I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot.
Sure!
A free, open source, web based training tool designed to forever change the way we learn to type.
This was solved by updating the CC1 device to CCOS. Instructions on how to do that can be found here: https://www.charachorder.com/pages/migrating-to-ccos
Once we had the device running CCOS, we reuploaded the chord library on dot io, and then went to https://charachorder-config.com/ to remap the layout.

I am having the same issue and followed the steps above but that didn't seem to fix it... any other recs?
Remapping directly in the CSV is not pleasant haha
