#Need help to recover Chords, GTM of just delivered CC1.

background info:

  • new CC1, just received delivery two weeks ago.
  • of delivery CC1 firmware, there is often issues when connecting to chord manager like: count always N/A, Device & firmware often N/A or meaningless letters
  • which force me to refresh firmware with 0.9.2 now...
  • but lost all chords and not GTM function now...

Okay, so, your device shipped with CCOS. The reason you saw the N/A and what not is because I assume you were using launchpad and not iq-eq

So let's get you back on CCOS

then try updating to that firmware

What does the other "add functional chords" do? i had the same issue as the person above, followed the steps, waited 10min and only got 21 chord count. i want to make sure i'm not missing anything or messing things up more than i already have 😅
