Which device do you have? Are you able to connect to Chord Manager?
oops thought I deleted this. CharaChorder One. Yes, turns out I just had to wait a few minutes for all the rows to render.

I'm having this problem too. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my device both in the window and physically, and no matter how long I wait, nothing populates after I hit "download chords".
Any suggestions?
