I feel the first break a bit empty. I would love to hear more instruments or ambient sounds like pads. The predrop vocal feels off to me. Like its just doesnt fit the vibe for me.

I meant to do that sudden off thing in pre drop, if you feel that thing, that means it's conveying the message what I aimed for. Drop very quirky vibe and verse section quite melodic-melancholic.

like to the hole first break. Check other artist who does similar styles and compare yours to theirs. You feel hear where its different. The 2nd break is fuller but it still not there
Actually nowadays when i find some good breakdowns in different songs i try to recreate on my own
Maybe try this method as well
