Missions won´t finish for me

I play on pc and everytime i meet the requierments from a mission it wont finish, it doesn`t give exp but money and it doesn´t dissepier from the mission menu. The same is with the side quests, they don´t react when i would have met there requierments. This means im stuck at the same level since last year and i can´t really do the event that´s currently happening. This is a problem i have since several updates ago
