What Counts As Sunset?

I was taking screenshots for the Picture Submission event, and I was pretty hassled of what would count as a sunset photo or a normal day photo, I belive clarification should be needed.

Doesn't this count the sun is still setting and not full on night

but like with this one its the sun just below the horizon

the sun needs to be setting

it looks very much like day here

So I'm assuming that for it to be considered "sunset", the sun must be visible and have an orange shade, indicating that it is setting

or a purple shade of night, as a sunset would make

Would it be possible to edit it into looking like a sunset, via brightness, exposure, etc?

sure, but try to keep it minimal

so that it stays fair to people who aren’t as good with editing
