Im currently building a web app (that I'm hoping my previous employer would happily pay me for cash🎯). It's a multi-group, multi-location maintenance management system.

Value:
Centralize the data storage of the operations. (Right now, each plant location has its own Excel template to record maintenance activities.)
The web app also provides meaningful data analysis because all the maintenance records of a specific equipment model are consolidated.

The web app also aims to enhance collaboration between multiple maintenance groups scattered across the country. Aside from centralized data storage, the web app will also be designed to improve productivity by providing a feature that will enable national management to monitor the progress of deliverables and address critical equipment condition findings on time.

Other details:
AMS - Asset Management System (Handles equipment registration, avoiding duplications or similar equipment recording. All the records from DRMS are also associated with a specific equipment across the operations.)

DRMS - Daily Report Management System (Handles the recording of daily maintenance activities of the entire operations team.)

CFMS - Critical Findings Management System (This app forces field personnel to implement a strong Condition-based maintenance management system by raising alarms for equipment with unusual findings and planning the next action ahead.)

DROM - Daily Report to Operations Manager (This app handles the reporting consolidation to the operations manager.)

DVMS - Deliverable Management System (A task management system.)

I utilized a pre-built Bootstrap theme called "gentelella Alela!".

I would specifically ask for suggestions related to "BEST PRACTICES" as I'm new to Django and might be doing things that are not scalable in the future - Thanks in advance 👍

That’s a great app you’ve done here

Still working on it or any other project in mind?

If you need some help to develop some features, I’d be glad to help. I used to be a maintenance/service manager, now plant manager and develop Django apps as hobby

My very first app developed in 2 months working on an average of only 2 hours a day. It's based on a productivity software designed to help individuals and teams organize, prioritize, and track their tasks and projects

and I just finished my portfolio yesterday
