it is a hobby project, I use python anywhere once, however for my current project I need to use YouTube api, and pythonanywhere doesn't let me make request to youtube

Yeah, it’s a little unclear on how much you can use for free. It’s a pay as you go called “hobby plan” kind of like aws. So you have to put a CC on file. But im currently running two web applications on my account and it’s still free.
