The VIPs for the EU are still the same as the ones planned for last year as those concerts have just been postponed. The US ones have been cancelled and rescheduled which allowed them to do a new kind as they didn't have old tickets they had to honour for the new dates.

It depends on how close to the front you want to be. In Hamburg VIP was 1 line + a bit in 2nd row. You at first had to line up in the normal queue before it was split like an hour to VIP entry
