We had NAbox running with 4 clusters for a long time. A while back, one of the clusters just disappeared from NAbox, no more stats collected. I deleted the cluster but when i try to add it back, I get the attached picture. I've collected a support bundle. If it would help I'll upload whereever such things go.
All 4 clusters run 9.16.1P7

Please note that I tried to add the cluster via 2 different cluster management interfaces (igqprnetapp01 and igqprnetapp01a) these are different IP addresses for the same cluster that give slightly different responses (the message for igqprnetapp01 disappears quickly but fails). The "nc" command says both addresses are reachable via port 443.

Are you using a reserved domain name like .local ?
No, it's my company's domain.

Ok is the dns configuration correct ?
Did you try with direct IP?
Are you using a proxy ?

I fixed it. Stupid problem. Somehow the harvest2 account on the cluster got locked.
Now I feel dumb. Hope you have a good day!

Yes, and then added the cluster, no problem.
